Samyang Corporation Participates in Chinaplas 2019 Targeting Global Market

Samyang Corporation put spurs to target the global automobile and electronic devices market, centering around China, with its differentiated specialty (high-performance) materials.
Samyang Corporation announced on the 20th that it is set to participate in Chinaplas 2019, scheduled to take place from the 21st to the 24th.
Chinaplas is an annual international plastic and rubber industry fair, the largest of its kind in Asia. Last year, 4,000 companies from 40 countries partook in the exhibition amid an attendance of approximately 180,000 visitors.
Samyang Corporation presents specialty materials designated for use in automobiles and electronic devices based on EP and composite materials. Samyang is then preparing three different zones for ▲polycarbonates, ▲electric vehicle/weight lightening, and ▲TPE, as well as the zone specialized in the electronic devices market, ▲Metalinus. Other zones are also underway with preparation, including ▲isosorbide, ▲packaging, ▲ion-exchange resin, and more, to introduce the global market to the technology of Samyang Group’s chemical materials.
At the zones of polycarbonate, electric vehicle/weight lightening, and TPE, various auto parts from small ones, such as auto parts for the automobile interior/exterior, automotive application components, headlamp parts, and panorama sunroof frames, to big modules, are displayed. The zones capture the wide range of Samyang technology related to specialty PC, the EP compound material made using it, as well as composite materials.
At the Metalinus zone, the refrigerators and air purifiers are on showcase to convey the strength of Metalinus, the EP-material brand, seemingly metal to the touch. Metalinus is the material realizing the color and feel of metal that customers demand. It requires no additional processing, like painting or gilding, to better optimize the production of intricately-designed products. It is also eco-friendly as it is not engaged in pollutants that would be generated during painting or gilding processing.
An Samyang Corporation official remarked, “We focused on putting our specialty materials and technology on display in line with the recent trends of the automobile and electronic devices industry,” before going on to conclude, “through this exhibition, our aim is to promote awareness of Samyang Corporation in the global automobile and electronic devices market and ultimately strengthen its image as a company specialized in compounds.” Currently, Samyang Corporation is set to hold yet another tech seminar on the 23rd, with as many as 30-plus companies invited to attend.
